In any room, trim (includes baseboards and crown molding) is an extra charge of $60 per linear foot. Vaulted ceilings will cost more. We have an $850 project minimum. These prices are based on two coats of Sherwin Williams Cashmere or Super Paint interior wall paint in a flat finish. Other factors that can affect the price of your interior painting project include, but are not limited to: The amount of prep work and repairs that need to be done before the project Using higher quality paints or finishes The colors being used or being painted over. For example, going from dark walls to light walls requires extra coats of primer, and lighter colors may require more than two coats. All Wall Surfaces are figured for 8’ high ceiling. If you have 10’ high ceilings then add 25%, 12’ high ceilings then add 50%, 14’ high ceilings then add 75%.
